Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal payments for your convenience.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get your beautiful jewellery to you as soon as possible! If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate change or cancellation requests after this timeframe. However, you can always return your order for a full refund once you receive it.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All Covella, orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our warehouse in the UK.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we don't offer worldwide shipping, but this is something we're actively working on! We're excited to bring Covella's timeless elegance to more international customers in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

When will my order be processed and shipped?

Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday)
Shipping: Orders ship the day after processing is complete

Please note: We don't process or ship orders on weekends.

During holiday seasons and sales events, please allow extra time for processing due to high demand.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of the shipping date, you're eligible for a full refund. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve this for you.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

We want you to absolutely love your Covella pieces! If you need to return anything, simply email us at info@covellajewels.com and our team will guide you through the process.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

We're so sorry if this happens! Please contact us immediately at info@covellajewels.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item(s)
  • A description of the issue

We'll resolve your case as quickly as possible and make it right.

When will I receive my refund?

Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are processed to your card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of us receiving your returned item or cancellation request. The actual posting time to your account depends on your bank's processing time.

PayPal: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

If you don't see your refund after this timeframe, please contact your bank or card company first, as they may need additional time to post the credit to your account.
