Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • During peak times (such as new collection launches, Black Friday, and holiday periods), processing may take slightly longer.

We currently ship within the UK only.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@covellajewels.com and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. While we are not liable for delays outside our control, we always aim to support our customers in locating their order.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Covella Jewels cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.
